I especially like "It is OUR goal. One team One dream". This great article really made me think... not only PM but also people's daily life. The principle of GOT&GDT can also be applied to personal life. A sweet and happy family is just like a successful project. However it is much more difficult because it is a lifelong project. Same and clear objectives, balance and compromise, effective communication and feedback, transparent and open mind are the keys. It is extremely thoughful. I especially like “It is OUR goal.
